These Terms are between you and Mably (“Mably”, “we”, “us”). Mably is the business that operates the Mably product, website, and related services. We are in the process of formal company registration; until that process is complete, references to “Mably” mean this business as described in these Terms. Mably is based in India.

Mably is software run by our team and is currently in active development. By accessing our website, joining the waitlist, signing up for early access, or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Early Access & Testing

• By joining our waitlist or testing the platform:

• You acknowledge Mably is in a pre-launch phase

• Features and availability may change at any time

• We may contact you about updates or limited feature releases

3. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, content, and product assets are the property of Mably. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability
Mably is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages arising from your use of the site or product during its development phase.
