Refund Policy

We are committed to respecting and protecting any personal information you share with us.

Refund & cancellation policy

We want billing to feel fair and easy to understand. This policy describes how cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes work when you subscribe to Mably.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to subscription fees paid to Mably for use of our software (for example, monthly or annual plans processed through our payment provider). It does not govern money your clients pay you for freelance work—that stays between you and your clients outside Mably.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing portal (depending on how checkout is set up). When you cancel:

  • You typically keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, unless we state otherwise at checkout or in your plan terms.

  • Your subscription will not renew after that period unless you subscribe again.

3. Refunds for subscription charges

General rule: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated below.

Cool-off / change of mind: If we offer a money-back window (for example, 14 days from your first paid subscription charge), we’ll honor requests for a full refund of that first charge if you email us within that window and your account has not been abused (e.g. fraud or obvious misuse). If you don’t want to promise 14 days, replace this paragraph with: “We do not offer refunds for change of mind; see statutory rights below.”

Billing mistakes: If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or you canceled before renewal but were still charged), contact us and we’ll investigate and correct it, including a refund of the mistaken amount where appropriate.

Failed service / major outage: If Mably is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, we may offer account credit or a partial refund for the affected period at our discretion. This does not apply to issues outside our control (your internet, third-party outages, etc.).

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law (for example, consumer cooling-off rules where they apply). If the law gives you a stronger remedy, that law applies.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation help

Email us at hello@prad.dev with:

  • The email on your Mably account

  • A short description of the charge (date and amount if you have it)

  • What you’re requesting (refund, cancellation confirmation, or billing correction)

We aim to reply within a few business days.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product and billing evolve. The latest version will always live at https://mably.io/legal/refund-policy (use the exact URL you publish on Framer).
